What is the 9.9%?

This is a damage waiver fee representing 9.9% of the rental rate, intended to cover accidental damage occurring during the normal use of a tool or equipment.

Please note that this additional fee applies to all customers.

This waiver does not cover claims related to fire, theft, vandalism, or negligence.

In cases of misuse or abuse, the customer will be charged the full cost of repairs, including parts replacement and labour.

When can I expect the transaction to appear on my credit card statement?

Certain transactions may appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days of the transaction.

What payment methods do you accept?

A credit card is required to place a deposit.

For payment, we accept:

  • Credit cards
  • Debit cards
  • Cheque (for periodic invoicing)
  • Direct deposit (for periodic invoicing)

Can I use multiple payment methods for the same rental?

Yes. The security deposit, which guarantees your reservation, must be made by credit card.

The final payment can then be made on the same card, on a different credit card, or by debit card at the branch.

Are the taxes and other applicable fees included in the price shown on the website?

No, the 9.9% Damage waiver fee and taxes are applicable

How can I pay after an online or telephone reservation?

Who do we contact to receive a statement of account or an invoice?

You can now have access to all your history on your customer area in the "Billing" section. You have access to your invoices for the last 24 months.
For your statement of account you will also have access to it from the "Billing" section.

I have a business account. Can I rent equipment?

Yes. It is possible to rent equipment with a business account. However, a credit application is required prior to renting.
